1 The Organiser of the Eastern Eye Arts, Culture & Theatre Awards is Asian Media & Marketing Group, 1 Silex Street, London SE1 0DW.
2 By entering the Awards, the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and agree to be bound by them. These rules include any instructions set out with the entry form.
3 The Arts, Culture & Theatre Awards competition is open to UK residents only.
4 It is perfectly acceptable to nominate yourself or an individual.
5 All entries which qualify for the shortlist will be judged by an independent panel of experts and some of the categories will be voted by the readers of Eastern Eye.
6 The Organiser reserves the right, as its absolute discretion, to reject any entry that it deems inappropriate.
7 Entries will only be accepted if they are submitted on the entry form and completed in full.
8 Trophies will be awarded to individuals who in the opinion of the judges attain the highest marks in various categories of the Awards.
9 The decision of the judges will be absolute and final.
10 Finalists will be required to attend the Arts, Culture & Theatre Awards at the Royal Festival Hall Southbank Centre London on Sunday 21st May 2017 where the winners will be announced. No prior intimation about the winners will be given. All winners will be listed and profiled in Eastern Eye and AMG's other leading titles and websites.
11 All finalists will automatically gain one complimentary place at the Arts, Culture and Theatre Awards. Should you wish to book extra places for family or colleagues, please contact irina.danilova@amg.biz
12 All supplementary information cannot be returned and is sent at the owners' own risk.
13 The closing date for submitting entries is Friday 10th March 2017.
14 The winners of the Awards are expected to participate in promotional initiatives with Eastern Eye and Awards sponsors.
